This warehouse & commercial renovation project was delivered by the Tresman Painting team across Selangor. Our process began with a thorough site assessment to understand the existing surface conditions, followed by detailed surface preparation — the step that determines how long any finish lasts in Malaysia's humid, sun-exposed climate.
The team then applied the appropriate primer and coating system for each surface, working in coordinated stages to minimise disruption and keep the site clean and safe throughout. A final quality inspection confirmed an even, durable finish before handover.

A warehouse and commercial building with a weathered red exterior, peeling render and an interior requiring a full refresh.
Preparation
The exterior was cleaned and loose, flaking paint removed; render was repaired and the facade prepared before repainting. Interior ceilings and walls were prepared for a fresh white finish.
Materials
Weather-resistant exterior paint in red and white, premium interior ceiling paint, recessed LED lighting and cassette AC units.
Solution
Exterior repainting with scaffolding access, interior ceiling and wall repainting, and lighting and AC upgrades delivered as one renovation.
